Optimus Finance Limited (OFL) – Formerly known as Transpek Finance Ltd. – was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1991 with its Registered Office at Vadodara, Gujarat, India. In the year 1995, OFL issued Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs. 25 per share to public. OFL Equity Shares are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). OFL is RBI registered NBFC.
At present, OFL is concentrating mainly on investment and trading in marketable securities and mutual funds. OFL has set up its subsidiaries viz:
i. Maximus International Limited which acts as sourcing company and is engaged in trading of multiple product/goods in India and Overseas and
ii. Maximus Infra Ventures Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) which shall enable to capitalize on growth opportunities in the dynamic real estate, infrastructure, and construction sector. This strategic move will enhance the Company’s agility and strengthen its customer-centric approach, positioning it for sustained success in these markets.
